Section One

General Questions

Public Aligner is an affordable, doctor-guided clear aligner solution designed to help straighten your teeth without the high cost of traditional braces or other premium aligner brands. Our aligners use AI-powered precision to create customized treatment plans, ensuring safe and predictable results.
The process is simple! You start with an online assessment to determine if you’re a candidate. Then, you’ll take impressions at home using our kit or visit a partner clinic for a 3D scan. Once your aligners are created, you’ll wear them for 20-22 hours a day, switching to a new set every 10-14 days. In just a few months, you’ll have a straighter, more confident smile!
Unlike metal braces, Public Aligner’s clear aligners are removable, nearly invisible, and more comfortable. There are no wires, no brackets, and no dietary restrictions—just a seamless, discreet, and hassle-free treatment.
Section Two

Candidacy & Suitability

Public Aligner is ideal for individuals with mild to moderate teeth misalignment, spacing, or crowding issues. If you’re unsure, take our free assessment to see if you’re eligible.
If you have severe bite issues, complex orthodontic needs, or gum disease, Public Aligner may not be the best solution for you. We recommend consulting with a licensed orthodontist for advanced treatment options.
Our aligners are designed for adults and teenagers (ages 13+) with fully developed teeth. Younger patients should consult with a dentist before starting treatment.
Section Three

Treatment Process

Treatment duration varies based on individual needs, but most patients complete their alignment in 4-8 months. Our AI-powered planning ensures an efficient, customized process that gets you results as quickly as possible.
For the best results, wear your aligners for 20-22 hours per day, only removing them for eating, drinking (except water), and brushing your teeth.
Some patients experience a slight lisp in the first few days, but your tongue will quickly adjust, and your speech will return to normal.
Section Four

Cost & Payment Options

Our pricing is designed to be affordable and transparent. We offer:

  • One-Time Payment: Pay upfront and save.
  • Monthly Installments: Flexible, interest-free payment plans available.
  • Custom Payment Plans: Contact us for personalized options.
We don’t work directly with insurance providers, but many plans offer partial reimbursement for orthodontic treatments. We can provide documentation to help you file a claim with your provider.
No! Public Aligner offers transparent pricing with no hidden costs. What you see is what you pay.
Section Five

Wearing & Caring for Aligners

You should remove your aligners when eating or drinking anything other than water to prevent staining and damage.
Clean your aligners daily by rinsing them with lukewarm water and gently brushing them with a soft toothbrush. Avoid using hot water, as it can warp the plastic.
If you lose or damage an aligner, contact our support team immediately. In some cases, you may be able to move on to the next set; otherwise, a replacement can be provided.
Section Six

After Treatment: Retainers & Maintenance

Yes! After completing your aligner treatment, you’ll need to wear a retainer to maintain your results. Teeth can shift over time, so wearing a retainer ensures that your new smile stays in place.
For the first few months, you’ll need to wear your retainer full-time (just like aligners). After that, you can switch to wearing it only at night. Your orthodontist will provide specific guidelines based on your case.
Yes! We offer affordable retainer replacement plans so you can keep your smile looking perfect for life.
